easy to use and very accurate

Reviewer: Harken Banks,
This thing is so good that running it 2-3 times on the same target only changes by a yard once in a while. It seems to know where the flag is and rarely, if ever, target behind the pin. The 6X mag is just right for sighting targets over 100 yds away
Looks good but doesn't work

My unit came and I was excited to use it in an upcoming tournament. To my disappointment the unit was defective. It would give false readings. The fog mode stays on and you can't get it off. I tried holding both power and mode for 20 seconds which is supposed to restore it to the factory setting. It didn't work.

Also it was quite difficult to focus on a target without shaking all over. I think part of it is because it is so small. I used my friends Bushnell which is larger and didn't have any problem with zeroing in on a target to get a reading. This unit it was really hard to do. Even when I stabilized it on the golf cart it didn't give accurate readings. I thought I was doing something wrong so had our golf pro check it out. He had the same problem. Thumbs down on this rangefinder. I'm returning to get a different brand.
Very Helpful Device

I have used my new Leupold GX-1 Rangefinder for several rounds now and can honestly say that it is making a measureable difference in my game. It is easy to use, much more so than the Bushnell Rangefinder I had a few years ago. I also find it much more useful than the GPS device I bought a couple of years ago. It is easy to get a precise reading to the flag and that makes a huge difference. Had my best round of the year today.

Used my rangefinder for the first time today. Was remarkably simple to use and very accurate.
Best thing is that it takes only 2-3 seconds to get your distance and can be done sitting
in your cart. Have never used one of these before but very satisfied. This product is
also very well made.

Reviewer: John Nash,
Easy to use, images clear.Took a little time to get used to panning features and their distances.distances appear to be accurate, have to make a detailed study of sprinkler head and Skycaddie distances against rangefinder.Strong and sturdy product.Look forward to greater useage.Do not use it all the time, mainly for shots round 150 and 100yrds to assist in club selection.
